Unit 2 (Bracknell)


This project firstly involved a thorough refurbishment and then an upgrade of the existing building which demonstrated our dedication to excellence and innovation. We carried out a thorough mechanical and electrical strip out, as well as partial demolition of the offices and restrooms and full demolition of the warehouse area. We also dismantled the fire suppression system and jetting and surveyed the drains to guarantee proper drainage operation.

New electrical systems, PV solar panels, state-of-the-art air conditioners, and EV chargers completely changed the facility. We renovated the floor structure and finishes, added high-quality decoration to the exterior and interior, and constructed suspended ceilings. The exterior was updated with new tarmac and line marking, and the bathrooms were renovated and rebuilt. The project was finished with roof treatment along the gutter line, mansafe services, new interior door hardware and maintenance for window shutters, sectional roller doors and exterior security gates. This makeover is a testament to our commitment to providing premium services that are customised to our clients' requirements.
